Introducing Double NEIPA, the latest release under our limited run Taproom 174 Series

Last year we dropped our first version of NEIPA, one of our early releases under this series, and the response was so overwhelming that it quickly found its way into our year round lineup we call The Classics.  Since then it’s become a fan favourite and we’ve had a pile of feedback suggesting we brew up a double version.  We’ll … we heard you.

Pouring an opaque, bold yellow with a strong off white head, this beer is packed with goodness.  6 different hop varieties (Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, Galaxy, Vic Secret) were sacrificed to make our juiciest brew ever.  Loads of passionfruit, grapefruit and mango on the nose with hints of pine and hop resin.  Thick and juicy, yet soft and balanced offering a subtle hop bitterness on the palate, this lockdown special is assertive coming in a 8.3% ABV, and is best enjoyed fresh.  It doesn’t get fresher than this and won’t last long.  Get on this one!
