For this latest version, we teamed up with the good folks at @fluid_solar_roasted_coffee ; a small-scale coffee roaster focused on quality and sustainability. Located in Clayton, just a short drive from Ottawa, owners Lorraine & Bill are self-described “post-industrial eco-hippies”. Living by a motto of “if we can’t recycle it or reuse it, we don’t use it”, they live and work off the electrical grid; generating electricity and heat directly from renewable resources with 100% of their water use being recycled back to nature.

Pouring a deep, dark brown with garnet highlights, this year’s release brings even more coffee punch to the table. Pronounced aromas and flavours of coffee and roasted malts are elevated with notes of chocolate liqueur and cocoa nibs imparted by Fluid’s Tanzanian Highland Peaberry blend.
