How’d you like to have the Broadhead Brewing Company brew up your beer recipe and feature it at the 2013 WinterBrewed Festival?

Hopefully the answer to that question is yes! Broadhead is partnering with OntarioBeerKegs for their 2013 Homebrew Competition and we’re offering up our facilities to the beer engineer who can do up the best batch of homebrew. The grand prize winner will receive the opportunity to brew their winning recipe as a pro-am collaboration with Broadhead and, even better, we’ll feature it at the upcoming 2013 WinterBrewed Festival in Ottawa this February.

The rules are pretty simple. Brew up some beer and submit your entry in bottles ranging from 330ml to 2L, capped, corked or swing top. 3 bottles must be submitted at a minimum and should be sent or dropped off to Ontario BeerKegs or the Broadhead Brewery. There are some cool brew pots up for grabs for second and third place and OntarioBeerKegs has been kind enough to offer up $10 Coupons for each person who enters as a way to offset shipping costs (and to say thanks for entering). Just make sure your entry is in by 4pm on Friday, January 4, and you’re good to go …
