London / Windsor / Sarnia Sales Representative


Broadhead Brewing Company is a craft brewery based in Ottawa, Ontario. We’ve come a long way since we started brewing in our basement in 2011 and we’re ready to take the next step!

We are looking to expand our team in the Southwestern Ontario region. Our business is growing and we are looking for committed individuals to help drive sales and join our expanding company.

The ideal candidate will:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and develop new accounts within your territory

  • Establish relationships and grow sales in the Commercial/on-premise and LCBO channels

  • Prepare and implement a territory sales plan, execute sales and promotional opportunities to develop sales and support marketing programs

  • Utilize software tools for business and weekly call planning, establishing call frequency, as well as real time tracking of monthly targets and initiatives

  • Build sales with scheduled account visits, conduct staff tastings and educate the buyer to properly represent our portfolio with the end consumer

  • Pick up payments from your licensees as needed

  • Perform administrative duties as required such as tracking reports, promotional recaps, quality feedback, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in licensee and retail beer/alcohol sales (experience in the craft beer industry preferred)

  • Superior customer and client relationship building skills

  • Valid drivers license, safe driving record and use of insured, personal vehicle

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to assess a territory and understand and prioritize key targets

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs multiple times in a day

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Smart Serve Certification will be required before starting if not certified already

  • Must live within the region/territory


  • This position is commission-based to start, with the possibility of growing into a mixed salary/commission/perks structure
